Another beautiful chair made of kubu, a species of rattan that grows abundantly in Indonesia, the Jambi Chair reminds me of seats scattered around the patio of our Sumatra hotel.

I was grateful for their sturdiness and the cushions, and I wanted to bring that same low-slung comfort back to the States. This one is meant for a protected spot (a covered patio, sun porch, or living room), where it’ll bring in a breath of fresh air.
