At Wisteria, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home, but we understand that sometimes a selection may not be the perfect fit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include all hardware or assembly instructions to ensure a safe transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
